Employee Engagement at Seminole State College is understanding how each employee aligns with the College's mission and vision and their contribution to student success. Employees are encouraged to get involved with various engagement opportunities within the College Community. This involvement leads to an enhanced sense of community, collaboration, communication, recognition, and professional development among all employees within every area of the College.
