Seminole State College’s Office of Holistic Student Support offers a variety of programs and resources to support students with their health, hunger, and unexpected situations. Here will find information to help supplement your basic needs and promote sustainability for overall wellness and success.
Foster Care Youth & Unaccompanied Homeless Youth (UHY)
The Director of Holistic Student Support serves as the foster care youth and unaccompanied homeless youth liaison for the College. For questions about your tuition waiver or support services, contact Mercedes Bermejo
Students Experiencing Homelessness
Students experiencing homelessness as defined by section 1009.25, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Rule 6A-10.087, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.C) and are eligible for an exemption of the payment of tuition and fees are to contact the College's homelessness liaison to submit documentation for verification by emailing Mercedes Bermejo
