Employee Engagement at Seminole State College is understanding how each employee aligns with the College's mission and vision and their contribution to student success. Employees are encouraged to get involved with various engagement opportunities within the College Community. This involvement leads to an enhanced sense of community, collaboration, communication, recognition, and professional development among all employees within every area of the College. Employee engagement is like a puzzle, all employees must contribute their unique knowledge, skills, and abilities for it to thrive.
If you would like to contribute content to the "On Your RAIDar" newsletter , please fill out the Engagement Activity Form .
Employees may submit a request as long as it benefits all College employees. All requests will be reviewed by Human Resources prior to posting.
