The screening committee for professional positions in grades P10 through P20 should have three to five members, and screening committees for administrative positions in grades P25 or higher should have between five and seven members. The committee chair may vote. Each committee (1) should be balanced according to race and gender, and (2) should be representative of the College population. All members of the screening committee are trained as equity representatives and will screen applications and participate in all interviews.
List the name of the committee chair and the name of each committee member on Approval of Screening Committee - HR-200. Indicate all applicable areas represented by each member. Obtain approvals before submitting to HR.
