† The definition of “custodian of records” under Florida law encompasses a number of employees at various locations throughout the college. Accordingly, the Office of Legal Affairs has been designated to receive and facilitate public records requests for the convenience of the public. Requests for public records may still be made anonymously and do not have to be in writing.
