Equipment Checkout Request for Marketing & Communications Internal Staff

Please submit this form is you are interested in checking out equipment from the Marketing & Communications department.

  • Requests must be submitted a minimum of one week in advance and returned within one week of the checkout date.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee equipment reservation. If your request is accepted, you will receive confirmation of your checkout schedule through email with calendar appointment invitations.
  • If use of the studio is requested, please note in the comments section so the photographer can schedule an appointment.
  • Please note any use of equipment for personal profit is prohibited.
