The Associate Vice President (AVP), Equity & Diversity serves as the Chief Diversity Officer of the College and leads the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic initiatives. Develops effective strategies to create a diverse College culture that is welcoming and supportive for all members of the community. Leads College inclusion programs using strategies extending beyond compliance activities. Collaborates with college stakeholders to assess needs and recommend training initiatives to increase awareness and support of equity and inclusion while maintaining legal compliance. The Associate Vice President reports to the President and is a member of the executive team.
