Employee Open Forum Feedback

Please provide feedback on each of the candidates that you saw in the Open Forums or at the Meet and Greet. The feedback includes an overall rating of the candidates and additional comments. 

The survey data will be collected thirty minutes after the conclusion of each open forum. Please be sure to submit your response before the deadline.
