Please fill out the following form to get started with the Summer Bridge program. All fields are required to submit the form. Your completed Interest Form, Application for Admission, and 2023-2024 FAFSA must be submitted by May 31, 2024 to be considered. Space is limited.

Seminole State is offering a number of different learning options so students can progress safely toward their educational goals. The different class types include in-person, online and hybrid.

I understand that my available financial aid, including pell grants, will be used to cover the costs of the Summer Bridge program. Any remaining costs will be covered by institutional funds so there will be no out-of-pocket costs to the student.
