Resources and Forms
The information below serves as a guideline to help faculty and students properly deal with conduct-related situations that may arise.
Alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct can be reported by students, faculty and staff. If you have witnessed or experienced a violation of the Student Code of Conduct, please complete and submit a Student Conduct Referral to the Office of Student Conduct. The report will be reviewed, and you may be contacted for additional information regarding your referral. The information on the referral will be shared with the accused student for an opportunity to explain for their perspective. In addition, the information will be shared with faculty/staff on a need to know basis as defined by and in compliance with FERPA.
For a list of student conduct violations, refer to the Seminole State College Student Code of Conduct.
- If you are reporting a Title IX related incident (sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating/domestic violence or stalking), please refer to the Title IX Federal Rights.
- Seminole State College provides several avenues through which students may file grievances. To learn more, please visit the student complaints webpage.
