Alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct can be reported by students, faculty and staff. If you have witnessed or experienced a violation of the Student Code of Conduct, please complete and submit a Student Conduct Referral to the Office of Student Conduct. The report will be reviewed, and you may be contacted for additional information regarding your referral. The information on the referral will be shared with the accused student for an opportunity to explain for their perspective. In addition, the information will be shared with faculty/staff on a need to know basis as defined by and in compliance with FERPA.
