Re-Evaluation of Transfer Courses Request

If you would like to reassess a particular course after your initial transcript evaluation is complete, you may submit a Request for Re-Evaluation of Transfer Courses form and provide additional information about the course you have taken. Please follow the instructions identified on the form. To expedite this process, please submit all documentation with your re-evaluation request. It is our goal to complete this process requests within 10 days.
