Official College/Adult High School Transcripts
Ordering Instructions
Note:
- Transcripts cannot be ordered by phone, email, or fax.
- Transcripts cannot be released when there is a financial obligation or outstanding balance hold on students’ accounts.
Option 1
Current Active Students (MySeminoleState)
All Other Students - See Option 2
- Log in to your MySeminoleState account. If you do not know your User ID or Password, click on the “Sign In Help” tile on the MySeminoleState home page.
- Once logged in, click on the “Academic Records” tile.
- Click on the “Request Official Transcript” link from the left navigation. You will then be transferred to the Parchment website.
- Once the Parchment website displays, create a “New Learner Account.”
- Complete the account registration and click “Sign Up” to enter the website and request official transcript.
- Click “Order” to request the desired Transcript – College Transcript or Adult High School/Adult Education Transcript.
- Set Delivery Destination: Institution/Organization or Myself/Another Individual.
- Type the name of the institution/organization and click “Search” or select “I’m sending to myself or another individual.”
- Select a Delivery Method for your order: Electronic or Print & Mailed.
- Electronic = Delivered by secure email and recipient's email is required.
- Print & Mailed = Printed on paper and mailed and recipient information required.
- Important - Once the information is entered for either delivery method, click “Continue.”
- Review transcript request: Review order; Attach any documents that do not need signatures; Sign request; Select all items marked with a red asterisk (they are required to submit request).
- Complete transcript request by clicking “CONTINUE.”
- Final Order Review: If another order is desired, click on “Add another item” otherwise click “Complete Order.”
- Finished – You can now: Print Receipt; View order details and status of order(s) in My Orders; Place Another Order; or Continue To Your Account.
Option 2*
All Other Students
*Students requesting historical records prior to 2004 must use this option.
- Visit the Parchment website.
- Click “Create Account.”
- Under “Learners or Parents,” click “Create Account.”
- Complete the account registration.
- Click “Sign Up” to enter the website and request official transcript.
- Click “Order” to request the desired Transcript – College Transcript or Adult High School/Adult Education Transcript.
- Set Delivery Destination: Institution/Organization or Myself/Another Individual.
- Type the name of the institution/organization and click “Search” or select “I’m sending to myself or another individual.”
- Select a Delivery Method for your order: Electronic or Print & Mailed.
- Electronic = Delivered by secure email and recipient's email is required.
- Print & Mailed = Printed on paper and mailed and recipient information required.
- Important - Once the information is entered for either delivery method, click “Continue.”
- Review transcript request: Review order; Attach any documents that do not need signatures; Sign request; Select all items marked with a red asterisk (they are required to submit request).
- Complete transcript request by clicking “Continue.”

Processing Time
Please allow up to 24 hours for transcripts to be processed on business days and Parchment sends a notification via email.
Delivery
Electronic (eTranscript)
Transcripts sent electronically are sent immediately after processing is complete. Please consult your receiving institution/recipient for their processing time frame.
Print and Mailed (Hard Copy)
Transcripts sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) usually take between three to five business days to arrive after processing is complete, depending on destination and/or expedited delivery service. Please consult your receiving institution/recipient for their processing time frame.
NOTE: No Pickup or Fax services for transcripts.
Cost
Electronic transcripts are $5.00 each and Print and Mailed transcripts are $5.00 each plus additional fee for delivery service requested and destination.
Transcript Fee Waiver for Active Duty Military, Honorably Discharged Veterans, Spouses and Dependents
In accordance with Florida House Bill 171 and Florida Statute 1009.26 (17a), Seminole State College of Florida students who are active duty military, honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed Forces, spouses or dependents are eligible for a transcript fee waiver. The waiver will cover a printed official transcript mailed via USPS. PDF transcripts and express mail are NOT covered by the waiver. To use express mail services, the student must provide the appropriate prepaid shipping label to Student Records (Sanford/Lake Mary Campus, Student Center Building, Room 201) in advance of sending the transcript(s). Students must be confirmed as active duty military, honorably discharged veteran, spouses or dependents. If proof of military status and/or relationship is not on file with Enrollment Services and Registrar, documentation will be required before the transcript fee is waived. Do NOT submit an order through Parchment. To inquire or request your official transcripts, please contact studentrecords@seminolestate.edu.
