Seminole State's Automotive Program featured in global auto publication

The shortage of well trained and highly skilled automotive technicians is the focus of an article in WardsAuto. The article praised Seminole State College and the Central Florida Auto Dealers Association (CFADA) working relationship and high tech facility.
The publication has covered the global automotive industry since 1928 and Seminole State College’s Automotive Program was profiled in the article along with other training programs in California and Ohio.
Seminole State provides a two-year Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree and Vocational Certificate in Automotive Service Technology at its 55,000-square-foot automotive training center on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus. Students can focus on domestic and import vehicles including GM, Ford and Audi.
Seminole State College's automotive program offers training in automotive repair, alternative fuels, automotive management and more. The program, which includes degree and certificate options, is accredited by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and meets the requirements for Master Accreditation, the highest level of achievement recognized by NATEF.
