Web Author Notification

Seminole State College is committed to providing an Internet presence that is easily accessible by all and which presents a cohesive and visually appealing college image. To that end, we will be periodically reviewing the design and load times of all documents on the college website. Pages that are not consistent with Seminole State standards for Web publication will be subject to the following procedures:

  1. Upon initial identification of the page(s) that are inconsistent, an e-mail will be sent to the author or department contact outlining the problem and the recommended course of action to correct the problem.
  2. If the pages are not changed within two weeks, a second e-mail will be sent as a reminder and the author will be given two additional weeks to correct the problem.
  3. If the pages remain unchanged, the WebSupport team or an Instructional Technology Specialist will update the page(s) to bring them in line with current design specifications.
  4. If pages continue to be created contrary to specifications, the author's rights to publish will be withdrawn and he/she will no longer be allowed to publish directly to the website until the situation can be remedied.
