Webb Harris
Professor Webb Harris teaches English I and creative writing. He served for many years as the host of Tuesday Voices, Seminole State College's open microphone poetry forum. His stories and narrative essays have appeared in numerous nationally circulated magazines and journals, such as "The Southern Review," "The Massachusetts Review," and American University's "Folio." His essay “Long Time Comin’: The Education of Brother Webb” won Auburn University’s Theodore C. Hoepfner Award; it also was nominated for a Pushcart Prize and was listed as a Notable Essay of 2015 in "Best American Essays 2016."
