Service Request System

The Service Request System is used to request assistance from a variety of departments at the College.  The system, powered by TeamDynamix, can be accessed via the Service Request System Portal. For direct links to commonly used services, you can also visit the links below.

Once you have selected a service, make sure to log in to the Service Request System Portal using your network credentials to place a request.

Service Request Categories

  • Software Issue - Report issues when software supported by Seminole State College is not working as intended
  • Hardware Request - Request additional computers, monitors, cameras, mice or other computer hardware
  • Phone Support - Report issues with Seminole State-provided phones. This includes desk phones as well as CISCO IP phones and Jabber.
  • Hardware Issue - Report issues when a computer owned by Seminole State College is not working as intended
  • All Other Computer Support Requests

Media Services Request - Request instructional video projects, multimedia technical support or other multimedia services

  • PeopleSoft and/or Network Security - Request new or additional security for employees; request student records, student financials, financial aid, etc. for new hires/rehires; request network, email, drive access, OnBase; or request time and labor training, budget training or schedule building
  • All Other Access Requests
  • Website - Request an update or addition to the Seminole State website
  • Application - Report an issue or request a change with an application created by WebSupport
  • User Access - Request user access to an application created by WebSupport
