How to Get Help

The Service Request System is used to request assistance from a variety of departments at the College.  The system, powered by TeamDynamix, can be accessed via the Service Request System Portal. For direct links to commonly used services, you can also visit the links below.

Once you have selected a service, make sure to log in to the Service Request System Portal using your network credentials to place a request.

Network and Phone Issues

  • Network Issue
    Report network or Wi-Fi issues at any Seminole State College campus. 
  • Phone Support
    Report issues with Seminole State provided phones (includes desk phones, CISCO IP phones, and Jabber.

Hardware and Software Requests

  • Hardware Request
    Request additional computers, monitors, cameras, mice, or other computer hardware.
  • Software Request
    Request the purchase of new software for college use on a Seminole State computer.

  • Class Request
    Form typically submitted by Schedule Builders and/or Deans.
    Examples include: 
    • Create a new class for a term.
    • Modify an existing class.
    • Change the status (Active, Tentative, Stop Enrollment).
    • Cancel a class that is built.
