Employees can request copying and printing services through the College’s Task Integration Management (TIM) system. TIM is accessible on or off campus through any computer that has access to the Internet. When requesting services, employees can attach the files directly to their orders, and when the selection process is complete, the system indicates the cost of the jobs being ordered. The distribution of completed copy and print jobs is as directed by employees in their TIM requests.
Employees should log into TIM by using their MySeminoleState logon and password and select from the Print Shop menu for copying and printing services. Staff members are pleased to assist employees in placing their orders or with other information regarding the TIM system.
