Forwarding Email Messages to Another Account

Office 365 is the College's official student email system and must be used exclusively in all official communications with the College. All emails from the College and your professors will be sent to this account only. Messages sent to your Office 365 account may be forwarded to another email account (such as AOL, Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo), but students do so at their own risk. The College cannot provide technical support if problems, such as lost or missing messages, arise as the result of forwarding email.

Students are responsible for the content of College communications sent to their student email address. While messages can be forwarded, all email messages from a student to the College and/or to his or her professors must be sent from the student’s Office 365 account. By using your student email account, you agree to these conditions.

To forward your messages to another email address:

  1. Click Options in your tool bar.
  2. Scroll down and click See All Options.
  3. Scroll down to Forward your email.
  4. In the field below Forwarding - Forward my email to, enter the email address to which you wish to forward your messages.
  5. Click Save.

If at any point you wish to stop forwarding your messages, log in to your student email account, complete steps one through three, then click Stop Forwarding.
