Paying for childcare can be very expensive. According to a report by Childcare Aware of America, the average cost of full-time daycare for infants in Florida is nearly $8,700 per year. For students living below the poverty level, several resources are available to help reduce these costs.

The following organizations and programs provide guidance on finding affordable, high-quality childcare services, as well as financial assistance options for low-income student parents.
