Mary Dolnack
Distinguished Professor, Biological Science
Mary is a full-time faculty member of the Biological Sciences Department. She is a senior faculty member on the Oviedo Campus and teaches a variety of science courses for non-majors, majors and nursing students. Mary is currently working on her PhD from Grand Canyon university in Cognition and Learning.

Professor of English, Sanford/Lake Mary Campus
Dr. Huff is an English professor and has been part of the Seminole State College faculty since 2003. Her passion for education and equity run hand in hand. Dr. Huff believes when people are seen and treated equitably, they can reach their greatest potential.

Engagement Coordinator
Charity works on the scheduling, planning, coordination, and execution of events associated with employee engagement and the Leadership Academy. Charity is currently on the board of the Seminole State College chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC).

Les Lusk
Director, Software Engineering
Les oversees the Seminole State website and all internally created applications at the college (such as SSAP). He is a graduate of Seminole State as well as a former adjunct instructor teaching classes in the web programming area. He is a Pathfinder award winner as well as an Alumni Legacy Award winner. Les has been with the college for 25 years.

Terina has been teaching non-majors and majors biology for over ten years at the College. She also teaches a course in the Grindle Honors Institute. Terina was the project manager for Leadership Academy class X: GO Florida Friendly.

Randy Pawlowski
Director, Student Development
Randy is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating all initiatives involving Student Life programs and events, the Career Center, Veteran Student Services, Campus Tours, and Student Leadership Retreats. He was a member of Leadership Academy Class #1 in 2006-07 and has served on the Advisory Council since early 2006.

Dr. Krista Price
Assistant Director, Disability Support Services
Krista works collaboratively with students, faculty and staff across the campus to aid in the academic success of students and equally important serves as a support to faculty and staff, while also promoting disability awareness and broader accessibility and inclusion initiatives. Krista currently serves as the Chairperson for the Professional and Technical Employee Council (PTEC) and is an active member on the Equity and Women Moving Forward committees. Additionally, Krista serves on the Communication Sub-committee for the College Advisory Council (CAC) and is a Psychology Professor in the Department of Social Sciences.

Tammy Steffy
Math Professor, Endowed Teaching Chair
Tammy teaches math at Seminole State and also serves in various capacities including Co-Primary Investigator for the NSF Leaps and Bounds Grant, member of the SACSCOC Steering Committee and Leadership Committee, member of the Florida Statewide Math Council tasked with redesigning math frameworks for FCS Colleges, and member of the Seminole State Leadership Academy Council. She was the project director for the 12th Leadership Academy project, Hidden Figures: Watch, Think, Learn. Tammy's very favorite place is in the classroom at Seminole State. She hopes your time in Leadership Academy will bring you new inspiration and ideas while you build stronger connections with your colleagues.
