Service Request System

The Service Request System is used to request assistance from a variety of departments at the College.

The Computer Support Help Desk is the face of the Computing and Telecom Services Department (CTS) and the central location for handling computer and telecommunication problems for all Seminole State College campuses.

The Computer Support Help Desk staff can provide immediate phone support for many hardware and software issues for college owned computers - and escalate issues as necessary.

Help Desk Hours

The Computer Support HelpDesk operating hours are as follows.

Fall and Spring Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Summer Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: Closed
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed
