The Facilities Department supports the college mission and vision by providing quality, well-planned facilities that enhance the learning experience for our students and provide an excellent work space for our staff. Whether you need a room set up for an event, furniture, a new electrical outlet or a major capital project, our staff will evaluate your service request and determine the best way to meet your needs. To start the process, just submit a request and you will be on your way.
For the next few months of 2016, we will be piloting our new Facilities and Security Service Request System with the help of our colleagues at the Altamonte, Geneva, Heathrow and Oviedo campuses. Sanford/Lake Mary requests for Facilities/Maintenance must be entered in the TIM system. We are working hard to bring this new system to SLM soon!
The Facilities Department has offices at all Campuses. The Facilities Administrative staff office is located at the Sanford-Lake Mary Campus , Building D Room 130.
