Policy
It is the policy of the Board that the criminal act or attempted act of sexual assault/battery and other forms of sexual misconduct shall not be condoned. The President or designee shall establish procedures that include, but are not limited to:
- the protocol for dealing with these acts;
- disciplinary procedures for students and employees;
- victims’ rights and services for victims;
- confidentiality and voluntary confidential reporting; and
- educational programs.
