- The Office of Human Resources shall maintain an individual personnel file for each College employee. The file will contain documents pertinent to the individual's employment at the College.
- The President shall cause procedures to be developed regarding the management, use, and availability of personnel records in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
