Policy:

  1. It is the policy of the Board to pre-qualify bidders for construction contracts for educational facilities in accordance with Rules prescribed by the Department of Education, which require the pre-qualification of bidders of educational facilities construction.
  2. A list of pre-qualified bidders shall be presented to the Board for approval.
  3. The President is authorized to establish procedures to implement this policy, in conformity with Florida Statutes, State Board of Education Rules and the State Requirements for Educational Facilities.
