- From U.S. 17-92 and S.R. 434: Travel east/southeast on S.R. 434 toward Oviedo. Proceed through the downtown intersection and turn left onto Mitchell Hammock Road. Turn right onto Lockwood Boulevard and follow the signs to the campus. The entrance will be on the left.
- From S.R. 434 (Alafaya Trail): South of Oviedo, turn right onto McCulloch Road. Turn left onto Lockwood Boulevard and follow the signs to the campus. The entrance will be on the right.
- From S.R. 417 (Seminole Expressway): Exit at Red Bug Lake Road (Exit 41) and travel east. Proceed through the intersection of Red Bug Lake Road and C.R. 426, which becomes Mitchell Hammock Road. Turn right onto Lockwood Boulevard and follow the signs to the campus. The entrance will be on the left.
- Public Transportation by Bus: Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, known as the LYNX system, provides NeighborLink 622, a call-ahead shuttle service to the campus. Rides must be reserved at least two hours in advance (or the night before for early morning trips). Visit the LYNX website for more information.
