Study Room Reservations
Choose a campus below and select your desired time to reserve a Library study room at the Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, or Sanford/Lake Mary Campuses.
The Heathrow campus study room is available on a first come/first served basis.
Reservation Policies
At the Sanford/Lake Mary and Altamonte Springs Campuses, current Seminole State and UCF students, faculty and staff can reserve library study rooms up to seven days in advance, for up to four hours per day.
After placing a reservation, visit the library front desk to check out a study room key at the reserved time. Rooms will be held 15 minutes past the reserved time, after which the reservation will be forfeited. Library staff reserves the right to alter the schedule, supersede availability or close the room.
Room reservations may be cancelled by using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email you receive. If you do not have the email, you may always call your campus library to cancel your reservation.
