Seminole State College has been recognized as a 2026 Great College to Work For by The Chronicle of Higher Education.

 This national recognition is based in large part on employee feedback about workplace practices, policies and the overall employee experience. It reflects the perspectives of our employees and the work they do every day to make Seminole State a great place to learn, work and grow.

 The recognition also supports our commitment through Impact 2030 to creating a collaborative, innovative environment where employees are valued and supported through learning, skill development and career success.
