Lost or Stolen Blue & Gold Cards

Stolen Cards

If a Blue & Gold card is stolen, cancel the card account immediately to ensure it is not misused. Cancel the card at https://ssc-sp.transactcampus.com/eAccounts.

• Report the card stolen with Card Services at 407.708.2531 or email IDcard@seminolestate.edu.
• If a police report for a stolen card is provided to Card Services, there is no replacement fee. Otherwise, there is a $10 replacement fee.

Lost Cards

For lost Blue & Gold cards, immediately cancel the card account to prevent unauthorized use and charges.  Cancel the card at https://ssc-sp.transactcampus.com/eAccounts.

• There is a $10 replacement fee.
