Regalia Orders & RSVPs
Regalia order information and RSVPs will be available on this page closer to commencement. Faculty and staff who miss the deadline will need to contact Academic Affairs for late approval. Late RSVPs and regalia orders are not guaranteed and may be subject to late-fee charges by the bookstore.

Seminole State Bookstore representatives will be available after commencement to receive regalia. Please allow additional time after commencement is over to return your regalia.
Seminole State College faculty and staff do not need tickets to participate in commencement.
Parking for the ceremony is free with an approved parking pass placed on your car’s dashboard. Faculty and staff should park in Parking Garage F behind the Addition Financial Arena. Signs will direct you to parking. Faculty and staff with state issued disabled parking permits will be directed to park on the lower level of Parking Garage F. Parking passes will be sent via email.

The Addition Financial Arena has security measures in place for everyone entering the facility and does not allow backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 12'' x 6'' x 12'' inside the arena. Guests who bring backpacks or large bags will be asked to return them to their car before entering the building. Please plan accordingly, arrive early and plan on leaving purses, backpacks and large bags to expedite the screening process.
