Note: Faculty and staff will enter the Addition Financial Arena through the VIP Cypress entrance off East Plaza Drive. All faculty will be required to sign in at the Black and Gold room to confirm attendance.
Regalia Orders & RSVPs
Faculty and staff who missed the deadline should contact Academic Affairs for late approval. Late RSVPs and regalia orders are not guaranteed and may be subject to late-fee charges by the bookstore.
Regalia Distribution
Faculty and staff who ordered regalia will be able to pick up their order at the campus bookstore (Altamonte Springs and Sanford/Lake Mary locations only) they selected on the regalia order form on April 24-26. Visit the Seminole State Bookstore website for hours of operation. Please bring a picture ID with you.
Returning Regalia
Seminole State Bookstore representatives will be available after commencement to receive regalia. Please allow additional time after commencement is over to return your regalia.
Tickets
Seminole State College faculty and staff do not need tickets to participate in commencement.
Parking
Parking for the ceremony is free with an approved parking pass placed on your car’s dashboard. Faculty and staff should park in Parking Garage F behind the Addition Financial Arena. Signs will direct you to parking. Faculty and staff with state issued disabled parking permits will be directed to park on the lower level of Parking Garage F. Parking passes will be sent via email.

Security Measures
The Addition Financial Arena has security measures in place for everyone entering the facility and does not allow backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 12'' x 6'' x 12'' inside the arena. Guests who bring backpacks or large bags will be asked to return them to their car before entering the building. Please plan accordingly, arrive early and plan on leaving purses, backpacks and large bags to expedite the screening process.
