Description of project/metrics:
- 45,000 square foot grocery store, liquor store and fuel station with site package
- New utilities including storm water drainage, sanitary, water, gas and electric to be brought to site.
- Clear 10 acre site following strenuous SWPPP requirements.
- $8 million, 11-month duration
- Construct 1-story CMU building consisting of rooftop equipment, refrigerated equipment, pharmacy, offices and associated properties to provide a fully operational grocery and liquor store and gas station.
