Bay Laurel Center CCD, On Top of the World Community

Description of project/metrics:

  • Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project constructing a new greenfield 2.5 Millon Gallon per Day (MGD) Wastewater Treatment Facility, new Master Lift Station, and decommissioning of the existing 1.25MGD Wastewater Treatment Facility while reversing flow within the wastewater system. 
  • $119 million
  • 2 years, 10 months duration
  • Use of Navisworks coordination for clash detection between trades, process equipment, and process piping.
