Image placement on a page: 

  • Collegewide style format -
    all images go to the right side of the module! 
  • Creates more room for content to the left of the image.
  • Stays consistent with other pages on the website.

Chapter 10 (Photosynthesis)

  1. Distinguish between autotrophic and heterotrophic nutrition. 
  2. Define photosynthesis. 
  3. What are the stomata and where are they located?   What is their function? 
  4. Where does photosynthesis take place in the plant cell? 
  5. Draw the structure of a chloroplast, including all membranes and compartments. 
  6. Is photosynthesis an anabolic or catabolic process?
  7. Write a summary equation for photosynthesis.
