Decision Day Permission Slips

This slip must be printed, signed by your teachers and parents and returned to your High School Guidance Department by Friday, Nov. 3, 2023 to attend the event.

This is a Seminole County Public High School sponsored event therefore students must arrive and depart with their respective high school.  Transportation is being provided by SCPS transportation office.  Students may not drive themselves to campus (exception for SCVS).
