Decision Day Permission Slips

After you register for Decision Day, remember to complete a permission slip! This slip must be printed, signed by your teachers and parents and returned to Student Services at your high school by Friday, Oct. 30 to attend the event.

This is a Seminole County Public High School sponsored event therefore students must arrive and depart with their respective high school. Transportation is being provided by SCPS transportation office. Students may not drive themselves to or from campus except for Seminole County Virtual School-approved students.
