Respiratory Care Admission Procedures
Application Submission
Applications for a seat in the program that begins Fall 2025 will be accepted
March 1 -April 1, 2025.
After admission requirements are met, submit a Respiratory Care Program Application packet during the application window.
Instructions
Students must follow these steps.
- Download application form from website.
- Save the form by giving it a file name.
- Fill in data fields.
- Re-save file.
Students can go to any Seminole State campus library to use a computer, if needed.
Submission Email
Submit one email with full name and student ID# in the subject line to: healthprograms@seminolestate.edu.
Attach two documents in your email:
- Fall 2024 Respiratory Care program application form
The respiratory care application form will be available during the acceptance dates. - Unofficial copy of Seminole State transcript
