Aerospace and Aviation Day introduces students to careers in aviation

From piloting to avionics, careers in aviation are plentiful and well-paying. Seminole State College is proud to join Seminole County Public Schools and the Sanford Airport Authority as a joint sponsor of the 2019 Aerospace & Aviation Day.

The free event, which is designed to inspire students to follow their dreams in science, engineering, and aviation, takes place Saturday, Jan. 26 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Orlando Sanford International Airport's Million Air Hangar, 2841 Flight Line Ave, Sanford, Fla.

Faculty and staff from Seminole State’s fire and police programs, nursing, construction, engineering technology, and information technology along with staff from the Orlando Sanford International Airport, its tenants and airline partners will be at the event to interact with students one-on-one.
