This course is an introduction to the management of health information operations. The course will focus on human resources principles, leadership competency, ethical behavior, planning and budgeting, personnel training, and conflict resolution. Students must complete this course with a grade of "C" or higher.
Prerequisites: HIM 2211C, HIM 2272, HIM 2510 and HIM 2940 with grades of "C" or higher.
