This course is scheduled for individual students who wish to explore topics not covered in the curriculum. The student must present a design of the study (learning contract) to the faculty member who is to direct the work. Approval from the dean or director is required prior to registration.

The majority of class content will be delivered online and/or via ZOOM, but students will be required to complete some independent in-person activities locally (potentially at sustainable businesses, UCF, IFAS, and or Seminole State campuses). Instructor will provide more information at the first class meeting. Online class. Computer & Internet access required.
