The Office of Student Life sponsors a series of leadership development events directed to enhance the participants' personal and professional skills.

For the 2014 fall semester here are the events scheduled:
- LEAD Conference: If you are an officer at a registered club or organization, this program has been designed for you. Regardless of your experience level, attendance to the Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD) Conference will provide you with crucial information on how to run your organization effectively, as well as a chance to network with your peers and fellow student leaders.
- Leadership Institute: Are you new to Seminole State, or would you like to take the next step in your educational experience? Make the time to attend the Leadership Institute. This two-day event will offer you an opportunity to learn about yourself and maximize your educational experience at Seminole State. This event is free – all you have to do is complete visit the Leadership Institute/Retreat website and fill out the application.
