To meet the needs of our online learning community, Seminole State's remote team of student success specialists (eServices) provides virtual support and advising services to help online students complete their educational goals.

eForms
Instructions | Fillable PDF forms that can be submitted online.
eServices will accept withdrawal forms until 11:59p.m. on the published deadline date (please see the academic calendar to confirm the date) via eServices portal. Students will receive an email confirmation to their live mail once the process is complete.
Are you Assigned to Online Advisor?
Schedule your phone or Zoom advising session by logging in to Navigate using your student email and network password. All advising sessions are conducted Eastern Standard Time (EST).

- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Summer Hours
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Friday: Closed
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
