Sanford/Lake Mary Campus

Situated on more than 200 acres in the geographical center of Seminole County, Seminole State College's Sanford/Lake Mary Campus has been changing the lives of its students since it first opened as Seminole Junior College in 1966.
The College's first and largest campus, Sanford/Lake Mary offers a complete curriculum that is sure to meet even the most unique needs. The campus is home to Seminole State's Art & Phyllis Grindle Honors Institute, Fine Arts Theatre, Planetarium and Raider intercollegiate athletic programs.
To keep up with the growing needs of Seminole County, Seminole State is completing an extensive $85 million makeover of the campus, designed to enhance learning, safety and collaboration among the College community. When construction is finished, the campus will resemble an academic village, with pedestrian walkways through the core of campus, and driving and parking limited to the outer edges.
