Seminole State College's Facilities Department supports its mission and vision by providing quality, well-planned construction and professionally maintained campuses that enhance the learning experience for students and the College community.
The Facilities Department is responsible for the renovation, remodelling, new construction and maintenance at the College. Whether you need a room set up for an event, a new electrical outlet or a major capital project, our staff will evaluate your service request and determine the best way to meet your needs. To start the process, just submit a TIM request and you will be on your way.
The Facilities Office is located in building D, room 130. Building D is located on the east side of the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus just north of the maintenance building.
