This course is an advanced course in project scheduling methods (CPM method) using Primavera P6 software. Students will produce manual Gantt charts, logic diagrams and critical path reports. A multi-story commercial facility will be assigned to each student for the development of the CPM assessment. Manpower, resource-leveling and cost control tracking will be developed and presented by the student. Formal client presentations will be required.
Prerequisite: BCN 2721 or department permission.
