Request to Solicit or Post Information on Campus

Please complete this form at least ten days prior to the event. This form is only to be used for requests from outside organizations (limited to two visits per month).  All requests must follow Seminole State solicitation policies.

Recommended tabling hours are 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

• I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that all Seminole State policies, rules and regulations are adhered to by my group. This includes my assurance that the College's regulations prohibiting the use or possession of tobacco based products, the use or possession of alcoholic beverages and the illegal use of other drugs or narcotics on campus will be strictly enforced.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to observe Seminole State's operating hours at all times when on campus.
• I understand that I assume the responsibility for any damages incurred to Seminole State facilities.
• I understand that Seminole State assumes no responsibility for injuries or damages incurred to persons or property.
• I understand that materials will be personally distributed and not left on the tables unattended.
• I understand that no pressure will be exerted to coerce students, faculty, staff or visitors to accept materials against their will (or to engage in conversation against their will). Personnel will remain behind the table provided at all times.
• I understand that distribution of materials on vehicles in the parking lots is prohibited.
• I understand that the requesting group/ organization does not discriminate or advocate discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, pregnancy, national origin, ethnicity, age, sex, gender, veterans’ or military status, disability, sexual orientation, genetic information, marital status, or any other protected factor.
• I understand that I am responsible for the supervision of this activity and its participants and any violation of this agreement may result in its immediate termination.
• Organizations or groups external to the College may not conduct commercial transactions involving the purchase or sale of goods and services to and from the student body, faculty and college staff on Seminole State property or within campus networks unless authorized through specific contracts.
