Hey Day is fast approaching!
Faculty, staff and student volunteers will be at all four campuses on Tuesday, Nov. 1, to greet people and take time to say “hey.”
Hey Day, now in its third year, aims to help make Seminole State an inclusive and welcoming place, says Dr. Jan Lloyd, associate vice president of Student Development. Students are urged to use #HeyDay in their social media posts and photos that day.
"Hey Day is a simple way to promote the friendly environment that Seminole State is known for by encouraging students, faculty and staff to stop and greet one another,” she says. "We've received very positive feedback in the past, so we're excited to continue the tradition."
