Thousands of kids across Central Florida will be heading back to school soon and thanks to the Seminole State College community, hundreds will have the school supplies they need to succeed.
Seminole State teamed up with the Orlando City Soccer Club for their School Supply Drive!
The donation boxes at the Sanford/Lake Mary Admissions Building and the Altamonte Springs’ main lobby were filled up thanks to the generosity of students, faculty and staff.
“Being able to count on our partners to collaborate on projects that benefit our community is one of the driving forces behind our great relationships,” said Rob Parker, VP of corporate partnerships for Orlando City SC. “We are so thankful for our friends in the Seminole State community for stepping in and helping us with the school supply drive. Together, we hope children in need of supplies can start the school year with confidence and enthusiasm for learning.”
