Seminole State College sophomore Josh Culler has been named this week's Florida Community College Activities Association (FCCAA) Baseball Pitcher of the Week.
The left-hander from Newark, Del., received the honor after an impressive performance against the Polk State College Vikings on Monday, Feb. 8. In six innings on the mound, he struck out 10 batters and allowed only one run, clinching a 5-1 Raider victory.
On Wednesday, Feb. 17, Culler and the Raiders traveled to Bradenton, where they upset the top-ranked team in the state, the State College of Florida Manatees, 8-6. The Raiders are 7-4 on the season.
