Interview Questions
Following are sequences of questions that relate to specific position requirements for managers, recent graduates and clerical staff. No one sequence of questions is perfect for every position. It is important to customize your questions to the specific requirements of each position. You probably will find some that do not meet your particular needs and can add a few of your own favorites. Remember, many of these questions should be used in concert with probing in order to obtain a full understanding of an individual's experience and knowledge.
