Bachelor's Degree Students Steps to Enroll

You have several options for applying to Seminole State College:

View upcoming priority application deadlines for the bachelor's degree programs.

Verify your residency status.

The Affidavit for Florida Residency determines your eligibility for lower in-state tuition rates. If you submit a paper Application for Admission (not online), please download the form or pick one up in Student Services on any campus. The last day to submit this documentation is the day before each semester begins.

Provide your high school and college transcripts.

Acceptance into one of the bachelor's degree programs cannot be determined until your official transcripts have been received. View a list of the most commonly transferred colleges in Florida

Official, final transcripts must be sent to the College by the bachelor's application deadline through any of the following methods:

  1. Submit your transcript electronically (Preferred)
  2. Bring a sealed transcript to any of our four campus locations
  3. Mail a sealed transcript to:
    Seminole State College of Florida
    Enrollment Services Office
    100 Weldon Blvd.
    Sanford, FL 32773-6199

If you attended school outside of the U.S., you will need to have your official transcripts translated and evaluated by a NACES approved company, such as World Education Services or SpanTran

Financial aid will be delayed until your high school and college transcripts have been received and evaluated.

Set up your Seminole State College account.

Once your residency and transcripts have been approved you will receive an email with your student ID number and user ID while your Seminole State College account is being created. Once the account is created (within 24-48 hours) you will receive a follow up email to activate your account. If you have questions, visit the Seminole State Help Desk website for more information.
