Dream Cup Challenge Golf Tournament

The Foundation for Seminole State College hosted 140 business leaders and College supporters at its 33rd annual Dream Cup Challenge Golf Tournament, presented by CFE Federal Credit Union, raising $50,000 for programs, scholarships and other areas of need at the College.

The 18-hole tournament kicked-off with a noon shotgun start on Monday, April 18, 2016, at The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes. The competition featured putting course contests, lunch sponsored by Jax 5th Avenue Deli & Ale House, raffle prizes and a catered dinner. We are grateful to our partners at Wayne Densch and Coca-Cola for providing refreshments and giveaways throughout the day.

Thirty-five foursomes took the course during this year’s Challenge. The winning foursome was Tom Moore, Larry Pressley, Jack Underwood and Harold King representing Sunniland Corp.

The Dream Cup is one of Seminole County's premier golf events, and it serves as one of Seminole State College's top fundraisers of the year.
